Garage48 Hardware & Arts 2018: Registration is open!

Come and test your ideas!

You are invited to participate at the design-technology hackathon Garage48 Hardware & Arts 2018, happening on March 2-4 at the University of Tartu Institute of Physics.

Garage48 hackathon is a 48-hour event, where teams that form around the ideas presented on a Friday evening, make it their purpose to build working prototypes by Sunday evening. Find more information from our webpage “Get Ready” subpage: http://www.garage48.org/events/garage48-ha-2018.

We are welcoming UI/UX designers, product designers, electronics engineers, mechanics engineers, server programmers, mobile apps developers, chief marketers and defence experts.

This event is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills and develop these even further with the help of other participants and mentors, meet a lot of new people and do it all while enjoying a good time.

Garage48 Hardware & Arts 2018 is happening with the co-operation of University of Tartu and Estonian Academy of Arts for already 5th year in a row in Tartu and has expanded even further to Latvia and Georgia during the years. The event was born from the idea to bring together engineers, designers and marketers to build a platform for creating high potential hardware ideas.

The event is held is English.

Participants can get to the event and back from Tallinn and Riga on a free bus – registration opens in February. It is possible to accommodate at the event venue, but take your mattress and sleeping bag with you.
